Note: What gets added to the list is subjective. It's not based on what I like or don't like, but on the amount of development of the pack idea. There are a number of pack ideas with just a sentence or two about them, but I've skipped those as they haven't demonstrated that there is enough material for a whole pack or indicated what direction they would like to see the pack go in. If you click the links, you'll see the ones that do make it on the list have a moderate to extensive amount of development of the idea either in the OP or further down in the thread.
