Your sim can't sit in a chair and move their head around normally without the long hair clipping through the seat or the back.
This hair style even has clipping issues in Conan Exiles too. So that really can't be helped at this time, despite of how much I would love to see the clipping issue to go away. But they still can add this hair style to Sims 4 despite of the clipping issue. The clipping issue is an annoyance to players all over the world. But that can be over looked by players by simply ignoring that it's there. I do this in Conan Exiles all the time. I get so focused on what I'm doing in the game to the point that I don't see the clipping issue with the long hair styles in Conan Exiles any more. In fact this hair style clips through a thick armor, when I have my exile wear her thick armor in the game. Conan Exiles has a long French braid hair style which is even longer than the hair style that I'm posting about here. And a high ponytail hair style too, and both of those hair styles even clips through the exiles if the wind is blowing on an exile's back. Yes the hair moves in Conan Exiles, the hair even hangs down if an exiles is sideways or is in a position where their back is the ground. :)
