Lonnykins Lots Showcase

Lonnykins Riptide is a very nice home! :) It is special that you have based it on the home that you live in. The exterior of the home and layout of the build looks great! The curved roofing and the different colours of the exterior looks nice. Very nice roof covered car parking area! The windows look nice how they are placed in the bulld. Very nice back porch area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food outdoors in the air. Nice upper balcony for sims to enjoy sitting chatting on the seats there and looking out at the views. The upper passageway leading from one area of the building to another looks great! Nice windows sitting area in the bedroom for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in onto through the bedroom windows whilst looking out at the outdoors. Very nice sofa seats sitting areas in the build. Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa watching tv near the fire and having a drink from the bar. The red patterned floor rug gives a nice look to the area. The wooden flooring through the home looks nice. The clock on the fireplace ledge is a nice home touch. Very nice dining alcove! The music themed pictures look very nice on the dining room wall. Sims will enjoy listening to the piano being played whilst eating their meals. The crockery display cabinets nook is very nice! The statue looks nice placed between the cabinets and the planter boxes look nice on top of the cabinets. The type of dining seats used there looks nice. It is great that there are double study desk tables in the study for two sims to enjoy using the computers at the same time in the room.
