I have some catching up to do since my return, but I will start with what will be my first and last shared CC build in Sims4.
ColorSplash PartyPlace CC #MOO and All Packs up to City Life.

I used to purchase some fabulous CC build/buy items when I was playing sims 2 & 3. But I never shared them as I actually spent more time playing (gasp! I know, huh.)
This CC is Free and it is almost Exclusively from one creator: Peacemaker-ic and you will find everything on his Tumblr Page:

I used virtually all of his build/buy items and fortunately he has very few items. But it is Beautiful stuff.

We begin with the Foyer:
You enter a Colorful Living Room with Floor-to-Ceiling Windows
From here, we'll go into the Dining Room. One of the things that I did in here, Since I am using the City Living Windows; is to Creatively use Peace's Vaulted Windows across the top of the far wall in a way that allows in light while keeping the neighboring buildings prying eyes from your Dinner Parties and stealing your Cooking Secrets in the Kitchen. You will see a pic of these from the outside.
The Kitchen is a colorful palette or Red & Orange with Yellow, Orange and Wood Cabinetry
Back across the Living Room, we got to oh-so-Colorful Karaoke Room with doors to a Full Bathroom and the Pool .
Second Floor: Landing, Office, Gym and Home Theater

The last flight of stairs leads to a Private Rooftop Secret Garden Get-Away with Roof Designed to ensure Privacy
