It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! :) Your Sixam themed builds and the pool builds look very great! The designs of them look very great! It is looks very creatively great how you have designed the pool to reflect DNA genes! Sims will enjoy coming to the pool to have fun swimming, as well as to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating their meals outdoors in the sunshine at the picnic tables. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars and the spaceship. It is nice that sims can enjoy playing chess on the chess table at the venue as well. The Gym Spa and the Bar builds look great! The layout, design and alien theme of them look great! It looks very nice how you have used the spaceships in the builds! The rooftop treadmills fitness area in the gym build looks great! Very nice bar counter alcove in the Bar venue build. It looks nice how you have placed the drinks display shelves cabinets on the walls. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools or at the tables enjoying having a drink from the bar and a chat. The builds are very creative! The colours that you have used in the builds look very nice! :)

Both builds are very great! :) Mall@ Gnomewood Springs is a very detailed build! The exterior design of the build looks very great! It looks very nice how you have placed the windows the build! The roof trimming looks very nice in the build, It is great that you have written a background story to the build. The different coloured ghost gnomes in one of the areas of the build look very great! The variety of gnomes in that section look great together! The courtyard area is a pretty place for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the seats there, enjoying the nice setting of the water fountain and the flowers. Each of the levels of the mall look very nice! Very nice section where there is the window alcove with the toys and flowrrs in it! The flowers look very pretty there! It is nice that there is a fashion store in the Mall. Sims will enjoy buying outfits from the mannequins. The clothes wall shelves and the shoes racks are nice touches in the fashion store. The twisted sculptures look very nice in front of the red curtains, and the perfect patio wall decor look nice against the cash register counter. It looks very nice how you have set up the art gallery areas! The paintings look very nice how you have placed them on the walls. The kids area with the kids themed pictures looks very nice! Kids will enjoy doing artwork on the art tables. Very outdoors bar area! It looks very nice how you have set up the tables and chairs there. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools or at the tables having a drink from the bar and chat, looking out at the views. The condiments are nice touches on the tables. The furnishing and layout of the rooms and areas in the penthouse are very nice! The builds are very nice! :)

ColourSplash PartyPlace is a very nice home! :) Very nice layout and furniishing of the home! The cc used in the rooms through the home looks very nice! The colours used look great! It is a very colourful build! The secret garden area is very pretty! The flowers look so very nice there. The design and colours of the kitchen looks very nice! The wall textures/patterns in each of the rooms look very nice.

The Bachvards Family Crypt was transported brick by brick by the Counts minions, to Forgotten Hollow and converted to a suitable un-living environment with earthed windows that provide a semblance of above ground living.. With enough Dark Power accrued, it can be transported anywhere that you desire. Walled Garlic Room keeps odors at bay. Accessible only by #Vampires. There is room for expansion closer to the surface if you become too cozy.

There is a childrens/toddlers room in the Crypt. There is pedestrian access for your other Vampire Friends, through the Mausoleum. Old World Charm awaits.

There is a growing movement, especially among the Newly UnDead, to eschew the Decrepit Haunts of Days Gone By for Well Kept and Manicured Accommodations. Undergrounds are being Transformed from Rat Infested Mud Nests to Stately Digs. like Fata DeLa Notte, with all of the Ammenties an #Adult #Vampire could Desire.

Each of the Vampire themed builds look great! :) They are each so very creatively designed, built and furnished! You are very creative in the background descriptions of them too! Simmers will enjoy having these builds in their games.

Looks like you've been busy with the vampire pack Lonnykins! ;) Awesome vampire builds! I especially like your daycare center for the dead, very creative idea and the Fata Della Notte cemetary looks fantastic, in both versions. Left you Fav's for each of them on the Gallery.

Heliconia is a very nice penthouse restaurant ! :) Very nice design of the build and furnishing of the areas of the build! It is very nice that there is indoors and outside balcony dining. It looks very nice how the dining tables and chairs have been set up in the areas of the venue. The tables look very nice placed on the edges of the fountain water feature with the lotus , water lilies and candles. It is a very nice setting for dining! The overhead string lights on the balcony adds a very nice look to the outdoors dining area. Very nice upstairs bar, music and lounge area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools or relaxing on the sofas there, chatting, having a drink from the bar and enjoying listening to the guitar music being played. The drinks shelves are a great touch in the bar area wall. Very nice roof top dance floor area! Sims will enjoy dancing to the dj booth music there. The placement of the yellow sofas on each side of the level, back to back and facing each other looks very nice.
It is a very nice tropical restaurant ! Congratulations on 600 followers! That is great! :)
