Looking for a basement house...

Specifically, I'm searching the gallery for a cottage that will fit a 20x20 lot and also has a basement. I want to replace one of the houses in Henford-On-Bagley and I suck at adding basements to existing houses and don't really want to have to build a place from scratch. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance! :)
