Looking for builders that don't use CC, or item combinations that don't work

I know what you mean. I always design my houses for me, that is, a house that I would enjoy playing. I like them to look nice, but they must be playable. I don't use cc, but do use MOO to make things look more natural. I always play test before posting them on the gallery. My EA id is SassiLassi if you'd like to take a look.
