The exterior design of 5 Bedroom Modern Family Modern looks very nice! :) The rooftop patio and the balconies look very nice! Very nice rooftop garden and water fountain area! The outdoors living areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofas watching tv or enjoy dancing to the stereo music. Very nice bar area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar in the outdoors air. It is very nice that there is a ground level pool and a great sunken hot tub for sims to enjoy swimming in the water or relaxing in the hot tub. Sims will enjoy a relaxing masaage in the chairs on the pool patio. Very nice balcony nook for Sims to enjoy resting on the loungers or keep fit using the punching bag. Kids will have fun playing the battle stations game there. Very nice design of the kitchen! The type of cabinets and counters used there look very nice and the curved shape of the bar stool counter looks nice. The cement wall texture and the hanging utensils on it looks great there. Very nice living room area! It is very stylishly designed! The black and white colour scheme looks very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and armchairs there, watching tv or reading a book. Nice study desk area of the room for sims to enjoy using the computer. The furnishing of each of the bedrooms looks very nice. Very nice basement level, with many activities for sims to enjoy doing!
