Tri color Modern is a lovely modern home! @icanhassims :) Very stylish exterior design, layout, and the windows used are very nice! The colour scheme is lovely! Very nice upper patio loungers area, and thr ground floor patio is lovely! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, sitting around the fire pit keeping warm and toasting food, or have fun playing basketball! Very nice outdoors kitchen and dining area! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The clothes and shoes racks in the entry room is a homely touch. The chess balcony is very nice! Very lovely and stylish bedrooms! The fireplace sitting area in the master bedroom is very nice and the teapot is a special touch on table. The soft toys in the kids room are cute!
