Two beds, one bath. The shed/ extra building isn't furnished, I wanted to leave that up to the downloader. It can be a gym, a bed room, a mini guest house, whatever you want :)

The exterior design and the layout of 351 Tulip Lane is very nice! :) The roofing and dormers look very nice. Nice trellis covered csr port. The flowers look pretty on the edges of the home. Very nice pool and outdoors living patio. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool or sitting poolside on the chairs under the shade of the umbrella. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown and yellow colour scheme looks very nice! Very nice living room! It looks great that a half wall separates off a tv watching area and a fireplace sitting area. The sunflower picture in the fireplace wall is sunny for Sims to see whilst sitting there and the plants are nice touches of nature either sides of the fireplace. The custom pictures are a nice special touch on the living room, dining and bedroom walls! The pictures on the hallway walls look nice there. The lantern ceiling light in the master bedroom looks pretty! Sims will enjoy waking up to sunshine coming in through the bedhead windows. Very nice open plan kitchen and dining room. The flowers on the dining table are a nice touch to see when eating meals.
It is a very nice home! :)
