Sleep - you want Camomille and St. Johns Wort in real life as far as herbs go. Lavender and Jasmine are just restful and relaxing scents with no real herbal affect in the digestive track - but they do wonders to the nostrils and even aide in relaxation in say a bubblebath. But if you are going to drink it as a tea a little Camomile and honey will bring on sleep. St Johns Wort is an herbal tranquilizer. So if you want to be technically correct... Mushrooms is a spore and not generally something someone who does not know what they are doing want to actually go picking and use in ingested potions if you were being realistic. There are many dangerous mushrooms that are extremely toxic - Even someone trained in herbalism will often forego dealing with mushrooms unless they raised them there selves as there are many that look like the safe mushrooms - that are not safe at all. So I do agree - in real life I would not go willy-nilly through the woods picking mushrooms like my sims do in Sims 3 - but they have always seemed to had their place in fairy tales and lore. They do make me cringe though.
