Make Brindleton Bay's oceans usable

PLEASE EA im begging you. we have all this beautiful sea side area in brindleton bay and cant use any of it. its great that we can use the waters in packs after sulan, but would it be possible to make...

Yes please. Brindleton bay, Granite falls and Windenburg would be so much more fun. I would also like boating in these worlds too.
