Maps showing lot names, sizes, and prices?

Hello simmers,

Does anyone know where I can find images showing each lot's original base name, size, and base price? I've created a sample one below for Willow Creek:

I'd love to not have to do this for all the worlds if someone else out there has already created them. I know that there are lists, but I can never visualize which name goes with which plot, thus having an image showing the info.

I'm finding this information extremely useful for build challenges that ask for a lot's original name and/or base price.
