I would like to nominate "Starter for Beginners" by FirehydrantXXI. This is my build. It contains most of the build mode tips and tricks I wish I had known when I first started playing so my house didn't look so blah. I play-tested the house and made some tweaks so sims could move around easily. The build only uses base-game objects, so anyone can download and see how cheats can be used in building with examples. The house is under $18,000 so there is still some money to add additional objects.
