MORE VOICES: Expanding the vocal catalogue of the sim 4

Have you ever wondered why we have everything from a large selection of skin tones, teeth shapes and eye colours, yet when it comes to voices for the sims...we only have 3 or so options for each gende...

We kinda have a pirate accent that adds a lot to the simlish... You can se how different the words sound when they are speaking like pirates.
Also, i think that the CAS voice options should match the singing voices variety, and each one should be a different voice actor to make them sound really different form each other.
