I was thinking the other night about what if they included mortgages in this game? When you first start off and you don't know there are cheats, you only have 20,000 to buy a house or en empty lot...

there are some mods floating around out there. But i agree would be nice to have some base game options for some of this. And i would be happy if they added some kind of money sinks besides buying more clutter for your house.
MC Command center.
Lets you tweek almost everything in the game via computer/mail. I use it to increase my bills to have a higher draw on cash. Does'nt make sense i make same in 1 day as i have bills in for 1 week
SNB Bills.
you have to manually hire services like Thrash collection, water and electricity. you are able to select which to hook up, so off the grid can have plumbning and cellphone but no power, if you so desire. It comes with some new lot traits. There is 2 step internet. There's basic cable and High power cable. (the standard fast internet with bonus is gone, writers beware)
There is also Mortgage which will slowly increase over 4 weeks sim time, then the bill hits and you have 4 weeks to pay that. I made a tiny shack in sulani off grid and its estimated 25k. If you DON'T pay your mortage, you will get plastered on the front paper of the Sim's weekly as a, whats the word? foreclosure? Bankrupcy or whatever and your sim will get MORTIFIED= high chance of DYING!
There is Allso a ATM mod somewhere where you can borrow money up to 50.000 with dayly payments and run time over XX days, fines for not pay over time.
