Mortgage
I was thinking the other night about what if they included mortgages in this game? When you first start off and you don't know there are cheats, you only have 20,000 to buy a house or en empty lot...

100%! I was hoping DU would add crippling loans that would follow sims to their graves, as IRL lol, and potentially a loans system or even mortgages.. but alas it did not.
Even a household starting with 20k is kinda suspect if you think about it, most people have a mortgage on their house if they aren’t renting.. it would be cool to have like a tycoon pack or something maybe? Add financial backgrounds in CAS, mortgages and loans, a bank system (with credit cards for teenagers lol?), own and rent out multiple properties? Maybe risk losing it all at the casino or something? I dunno there’s potential for a pack that could bring all kinds of challenge and drama, is all Im saying :)
