Muscle definition for the Sims 4

So who remembers the Sims 3 vanilla game? When you reached max level in your fitness career your Sims would look sorta bulky but at the same time muscular but when Late Night expansion arrived it added an extra slider for muscle definition.
Considering the Sims 4 is in a similar state, would there be a way to add a muscle definition slider for the game via patch or expansion?
