they need their own spell book where they are given it once they turn 16 or 18. they also have a ritual where they go to the world of magic and become a witch or wizard. there should be an event/ gathering that witches can go to. love spells should be seen as "illegal" and should give the witch or wizard bad luck for a certain amount of time or turn them into a cat or something fun like that
