It's fizzy drinks, not nectar.
It looks basically like the same exact thing. Of course we need to know the details but if you look at the background in the trailer the machine looks VERY SIMILAR to the nectar making device that came with Sims 3. :)
The machine may look similar, but nectar you drink from a goblet glass, the fizzy drinks you drink directly from a bottle. They are more like soft drinks or beer than wine.
