its cool but at the same time I share the "this is lots of work" worry as well
I could see something like "house project" being implemented though
like how irl people have these log cabin packages where you'd get materials and the plans from shop but you have to build it yourself
it could work with woodworking skill and maybe they could also add more furniture for woodworking while at it cause woodworking skill is lowkey forgotten
