This is a great idea!
Maybe too instead of paying to host the event, it could start at §0 or +§50.
For rewards there could be kid/family-related reward items, and 'tips' for being a good baby sitter (e.g. +§50 for bronze, +§75 for silver, and +§100 for gold).
