sooo, you might wonder what build i came with today, well todays build is especially special, is my new superyacht, the Nautilus!

I present to you,
the Nautilus.

This beautiful 3 deck ship has everything you might ever need, a gym, a bubblebath, luxurious bedrooms and all kinds of activities, you can gaze at your poor neighboors who live in mansions instead of a superyacht! You might even invite them to have a taste of your exellent bar on board of your yacht! I hope you enjoy this build, As allways, picture and download links are below!

Next stream build coming up, i present to you, the Miller Park Manor, the third build we made on my streams!

Miller Park Manor

This estate once belonged to a very wealthy tycoon in the uk but has been taken over by a new family that modernized it a tiny bit! They added a gym, a science room and an art room in the basement, If you have some classy sims that dont want to live in a commonner house, Hah those commoners! Come and move in to this house thats now on the market for around 400000 Simdollars! Only cash no debit!

Now on the serious note, this house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a science room with microscope, a telescope, a collecting room for the bits and pieces you find in your enviroment, a gym and all of the things you really dont need to survive! If you are bored you can take a swim in your lovely indoor pool too!

The Burrow

Lovely building wizards, i present to you the perfect house for your wizardly sims!

No hogwarts, no Harry potter house, but something entirely different! The Burrow from Rons family!

This is to say i inspired me on the general shape of the house, i did not directly rip it off, added some more rooms and made it bigger to make it a fully functional house!

Like i said before, this is my version of the burrow. The house is completely inspired by the burrow, from the exterior to the decor to the interior decorations, no harmony in furniture here but a nice mess of lots of different furniture to reflect the look of the burrows house in the movies! This is to say that i did try to make the mess look good, its not just some random furniture i placed together. You also might find that someone parked the car in the wrong tree! Also be aware of the dragon that might be hiding behind the house!

I do hope you enjoy this build, it was very fun to build and i hope you`ll enjoy it as much as i did!
