Next kit should be a gameplay/story focused one, but which tematic should be?

I'm not really interested in gameplay style kits because I think they're too limited to do most themes any real justice. I'm especially not interested in any kits that focus on chore type activities. Personally I'd rather have niche build kits along the lines of Courtyard Oasis (which I love, by the way), but even those are a bit limited, too.
