Taylor doesn't really make it a secret. She just naturally wont mention it or would 'correct' people. Firstly it's no ones buisness and secondly it does not make her less a woman (or more a man) or will change who she is... so thats just a petty detail.
She isn't denying her 'birth defect extra parts' she has as a woman. If they already know, who cares? Denying wont be of any use anyway... so you have to put up with that. However, she is happier when people (rightly) assume she is a girl through and through. Especially when some people seem to stress her about it Taylor would rather them not knowing. You get enough shit every day, no one needs more conflicts than necessary.
