[Old] Show Me Your Magic Realm Please
I've been trying to build magic realm for ages in million different ways but its not really feeling magical at all :/ therefore I shall ask what you all have in yours? care to share?

Note that a ground floor isn't necessary to enter the building. It's a floating palace so your sims should be able to teleport via the portals.
If you want a ground floor regardless, just build a wall underneath the first floor. It'll be automatically converted into a room, aka ground floor. ;)
