This looks kind of like the house I build for the zombie apocalypse challenge. Good times. I'm afraid I don't have any good advice, but I appreciate your coming on here to warn us about the dangers of playing with walls.
Would it be possible to delete the individual rooms affected and start them over?
HA HA I know right!?! BissenNess I gotta admit, my builds always have that little something extra with them! ie: Plenty of glitches. 😉
I know what you mean, but if I were to start deleting individual rooms, I would have to practically, restart the build over again. Its a big lot with the house built on the diagonal, and I'm already tearing my hair out with this one.

Recently I've had three builds fail in some way or other, and I'm not even a good Sims4 builder.
