Open world=Lag
The open world and create a style is part of the reason why sims 3 lagged so much.

What was the intent of this thread? A solely bashing TS3 thread posted in the TS4 section? This has nothing to do with TS4 and on top of that the statement isn't a given.
It wasn't open world and CaSt which caused the lag. If that was the case, I would experience it every day while I play TS3 but I do not. I have no lag, no crashing and all the open world and CaSt I want. I can move around the world in a fraction of what it takes me to go to the neighbor's house in TS4. My load times are bordering on a minute each for TS4, after repairing, after clearing caches and I have never, ever had a mod or CC in TS4.
So what exactly are you trying to stir up here? Not enough drama around here for you or are you trying to deflect a little of the negativity I'm seeing for TS4?
At least post your hate for TS3 in the proper forum.
