The exterior design of Eclectic Cape Cod is very nice! :) Very nice windowed dormers. The planter box open shutter windows look nice. The flowers and plants either sides of the front entrance look very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Nice sitting area in the living room for sims to enjoy resting on the sofas in front of the fire watching tv. The sunflowers are a sunny touch on the coffee table. The nice aroma of the incense will fill the room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel. Very nice dining room area! The patterned table and chairs look nice there for sims to sit at and eat meals . It is nice that sunlight will come through the windows whilst they are dining there, The vase of flowers and the flower wall decor on each side of the windows are nice touches there. The design of the kitchen looks very nice. It looks great how the cabinets have been placed on the wall to create the fridge nook. The fruit bowl is a homely touch. Sims will enjoy using the treadmills in the gym room to keep fit. The grey brick wall texture suits the room type well. The glass framed shirt looks great on the wall. It is great that there is a dj booth outdoors for sims to have fun dancing to the music.
