Hey @divanthesimmer so sorry for such a late submission. I have been working steadily on getting an update on my own SimLit and I let time slip away. For my submission to the party, I have my "Two Broke Misses" household, which consists of Laura McGinnis and Averie Ryan. (I felt since Collin got submitted to Adam's Eve Sulani Bachelor Challenge I should let me other spare, Laura have a little fun. The other is a Sim I created as one of my first ever playthroughs to do the Movin' Up City Living Challenge.) I went in and taking out my mods folder completely de-CC'd both of them for you. So all outfits/hair/etc should be in place. As with Collin, Laura looks a little different then in my game.

Laura (left) - Creative, Perfectionist, Romantic. (Laura should have a mastery of painting (level 10) and a bunch of other skills. Including a Level 5 cooking skill which is fitting considering her Dad is a Chef.)
Averie (right)- Goofball, Self-Assured, Unflirty (Comedy level 3, Singing Level 3, although I would not let her near a kaoraoke mic. She is confident but not very good :lol:)
Backstory: When Laura left the Newcrest Project to strike out on her own and make a name for herself as an artist she thought she had it all made. She had selected the perfect apartment in Arts District walking distance from where she was going to attend university at the Sims Academy of Advanced Studies, she had the tuition paid in full and the deposit down on her place... and then it all fell through.
Suddenly she had no money, no place to live and she couldn't go back home with her tail between her legs. Her brother was the Mayor of the Newcrest Project for watcher's sake and she was determined to make a name for herself. So she went to the ads. She found a new place to live... with Averie Ryan, a self-assured goofball of a C-List Comedienne who doesn't believe in love or even flirtations. Laura was used to jokers, her oldest brother Collin was biggest prankster so what could be so bad living with a comedienne. Well... it turned out the apartment could be bad. It was a rat-infested, constantly flooded, oh and power went out on a daily basis. Lighting is all important for the perfect painting space...and there were days she could even rely on the sunlight from the windows.
A couple months into this... growing experience, she recieved an exclusive invitation to what people were calling the most exclusive party of the year. Of course, it was the perfect oppurtunity to promote her art and find a new patron. And get herself a new place right where she was supposed to be all along.

For Averie, she was a city local. San My had always been home and although her currently place was no picnic, it was hers earned through blood, sweat and whole lot of laughs. Sure, the rats bugged her, and she did not want to have to fix another leaky pipe but if it was the price she had to pay for a chance to make her Comedienne dreams come true she was willing to pay it. Despite the idealizing from her newest roommate, love played no part in her story... but there were plenty of funny moments yet left to live.
So, of course, when the Princess of the Newcrest Project gained access to the party of the year there was no way that she wasn't taking that plus guest invitation. This would be the moment when she could move on up from her current abode. Maybe she could even become a B-Lister!!

Note: If there are too many Sims, since I see the guest list had gotten quite long, you are of course welcome to just chop down my submission to just Laura and all the rest of this including Averie jumping on board can become backstory. Larau found a way to subtly ditch her new roomie that's all. Totally at your discretion. I was looking through my Sims though and I found Averie buried way deep down so I thought she would be fun. Plus I just all of sudden had 'Two Broke Girl' vibes. Except Averie is no Max when it comes to flirtations.
