Except.... except she might not necessarily stay on her boss's good side, if she did. She needed the job. To save up for school. To cover the bills that Mia couldn't or wouldn't cover. Believe it or not, Kieran ditched Mia. I didn't cancel the date event, Kieran literally decided on his own to walk out and end the date early. I feel like it was probably a friendly move though.
The snow shone through the faraway streetlights as they shared some warm kisses in the cold.
Oh, right. That's how it feels to be kissed by someone who wants to kiss you. It was what Mia had longed for throughout her relationship with Sarah, and suddenly here it was, easily, with a stranger.

@mcrudd I don't blame you at all for giving them some extra simoleons, they definitely deserve something nice after what they've been through haha. Lovely screenshots, but also sad. This is weird challenge, to let these two poor sims live in misery with one another.
@mightysprite I continue love the difference in personality and mindset between Mia and Sarah. Makes for such a fun story. It looks like Mia is on her way to potentially finding new love though, I'm curious to see where your story goes!

After rekindling their romance, Dela and Mia continued to do all the activities they loved in Mt. Komorebi. They celebrated with a mountain excursion, a hiking trip with breathtaking views and thrilling climbs. (I didn't really intentionally bring Sushi, but I've had a glitch before where pets get dragged along and just appear on mountain excursions when they're on vacations with sims, so I anticipated it and made sure Sushi was well dressed for the endeavor. The snowpal and snow angels were from another cute couple I played in this save. It's so cute that the game just leaves them there. It makes me want to do mountain excursions with other groups of sims and continue to leave more snowpals and snow angels :)

@mcrudd Aw. Everyone going through a rough breakup should have their own easel to express themselves with, and their own kiddie pool to relax in! Yep, keeping them apart has been my most successful strategy so far until the sentiments fade and the red in the friendship bar diminishes.
@permanentrose Mia's been single for like a week now, in sim years, so according to her it's high time to start dating again. I don't want her to find a soulmate too quick though because that would definitely be the easy way out of the scenario with this particular couple XD
Turns out the only distinguished degree (which I've been known to use as an indicator of aptitude and/or interest) that Ali got into was drama :o So now I'm deciding if she'll enroll in that and either become an actress or a social media starlet. Originally she was going to go into business or so such but...
