Please Allow Our Sims to Hire Friends and Family to Babysit or be Nannies.

I personally do not like random strangers watching my Sim's children. I don't like dropping children off at day care if the parent Sims want to go out. Shouldn't parent Sims be able to hire family or ...

YES! I wish we could hire friends as well. And also want a live in nanny. Seems like someone might be able to mod the butler as nanny.. But I don't know.

I was going to say the same thing. I only just switched from Sims 3 to Sims 4 so I can't be certain. But couldn't one go into CAS and just replace him with a Sim from their library?
