Two of my pole-dance teachers were male. Incidentally, both of them were gay, but what the heck.
I don't want to insult people, honest. After all, I knew when I posted that people would find it weird, and sure, it's a teen game and a teen+ activity. But the people who complain are the same people who are no longer complaining about WooHoo. No, it's not some kind of metaphor; it gives you babies. Saying actually learning pole-dancing is somehow worse than that is nothing.
It's been brought to my attention that there's mods for it. If Maxis used it then they would have more control over it, and could make it useful. After all, Sims is an Offline game. If your Sims were to learn it, it's because you wanted them to.
