Problems with screenshots..HELP

I worked to build a lot that I was proud to upload (for the 1st time). When attempting to upload, screenshots were attached that were not in my screenshot folder. I did some reading and Rosemaw suggested that if OneDrive folders were involved... that could be problematic. I moved my game from the C:\drive to the D:\drive. Even with my game on the D:\drive, the game programming still put my screenshot folder on C:\Users\sandy\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Screenshots\. I looked for the screenshots that were not in my screenshot folder. I searched my C:\ and D:\ drive for .jpg files. There were a lot, but nothing I could find that was related to Sims. So, screenshots attached to my upload are not the screenshots in my screenshot folder. And the screenshots that are attached I can't find anywhere on my PC. I contacted EA about this but have not a response that helps me. Can anyone share anything that can help, because I love building and would love to post my.... stuff.
  • Thank you for clearing that up for me. Next time I will ask you more experienced players before racking my brain trying to fix something that can't be fixed. Thanks for your help.
  • Excuse the "frowning faces". That was automatic whenever I tried to use the letter D
  • Hello
You can’t choose your own screenshots to upload with your builds. You need to take the photos that come from EA when you upload the build. The photos of your build that go with your upload are not found in your screenshot folder. They are just generated in the game when uploading.
  • Rosemaw is right, if you want to change the screenshots that go with your upload, you can do this using tray importer. However, doing so WILL tag the upload as CC/modded, so you might as well just upload is as default generated by EA, since this will keep it unmodded :)
