@elinorably - Based on the size of the households I'm gonna need, I'll probably be hunting for good lots/houses to overhaul and replace any starter homes. I'm also going to evict a fair number of the NPC families though I want to keep the "old" standby's such as Goths, Calientes (Need Don anyway for all the romance hilarity) and Landgraab.
