Here's 3 more. Take what you want. Trying to keep them as small and cheap as possible along with being able to play 8 sims per househould with ease in mind. Very generic. Very basic.
Each one has 3 bathrooms due to my own experience playing with full houses.
@moongodess @ebuchala I don't mind the carpets so much. I just wish there were more colour options. I like to try to make my homes as different as I can, but since I'm a real fan of one floor for ease of playing. I feel like I run out of ideas sometimes. I think S2 was the only one I enjoyed playing houses with more than one floor. I'm hoping I'll evolve with S4 as EPs and such come out for it. I'm seriously hoping for some roof angles to accomodate slanted corners.

Install with same method as before. Drop the 6 unzipped files into: C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
I added chess tables, stereos, computers, and whatnot to keep your sims from getting too bored to start with. You can remove them if you want the homes to be cheaper. You can also lower the decks to ground level and remove the steps. I just couldn't help myself. Sorry. Feel free to modify as you please. :)
If you need more, let me know. I kind of want to let others have their chance as well. So, I'll only offer the 4 for now. Happy simming!
