Rebuilding Worlds Vol. 2

So as not to be too far behind all of you I have decided to start this challenge while still finishing and posting about the older version as well.
Thanks, to @OJenn for her shell of Plan A for Evergreen Harbor which I used and changed to fit my founders! They only have a few furnishings as most of their money went into buying the lot/house. While it is a great refurbish/rebuild of an older house with some modern additions they were NOT happy to discover that the beautiful grass was just new sod and the backyard told the true story of the industrial impact on the local environment.
