Reduce the generating of townies

Hi everyone. My save is already full of sims I created : about 90 played sims, and something like 20-30 unplayed ones, some of them working in restaurants, the others are used by the game to work...

Ohhh, what mod did you use? I haven't got CL so would it work for me? :open_mouth:
