Reduce the generating of townies
Hi everyone. My save is already full of sims I created : about 90 played sims, and something like 20-30 unplayed ones, some of them working in restaurants, the others are used by the game to work...

Even when I set the population to 0, it still generates unplayed ('Not Living in World') households. I thought it was only supposed to allow NPC generation? Maybe it's because there was a game update and the Toddler stuff pack just came out?
