A potential world for a Farming Expansion Pack, overlooked by a giant dam.
Redwood Reservoir is divided into 3 neighborhoods:
Creekside Acres ("Off The Grid"- neighborhood)
Located right at the foot of the giant dam overlooking the town, there is a small community of eco-friendly people called Creekside Acres.
All Sims living here are living "Off The Grid", meaning they don't use electricity or running water. They have water pumps and generators or solar panels in order to produce electricity, if they even need it. Some Sims decide not to have it at all and use alternative ways to fulfill their needs.
The road is only a dirt road.
Sunlight Acres
Wide fields of crops and family farms are found in Sunlight Acres. The road is bumpy and cracked, but at least they have a proper road, unlike Creekside Acres' dirt roads.
In the center of this neighborhood is the Farmer's Market where your Sims can sell their goods they produced on their farms or shop for ingredients of other farmers like milk, jam, canned food, wool, jarn or eggs.
High-Tech Hills
Giant, sleek, modern farms with greenhouses that are commercially oriented are found here. They are very eco-conscious and use solar panels to produce their energy.
Farmers living here have the new Eco-Friendly trait.

I want this so bad! Love the name and the idea of the giant dam.
@MasonGamer I'm also for a Mediterranean-themed world!
