Relax option in bed

I agree, that was so cute!

If they put this in there, then I'd love to see the "make out" of yesteryear! Where they not just kissed, but just really got into it on the couch. Sometimes, I believe, it was the bed too.........but yeah........would love it.

It's weird how my sim just randomly relax on their bed. It almost makes me think they're going to patch in a relax option, so our sims can at least relax and watch TV.

I hope so but I want more then just a relax interaction in bed. Hope to see this in next weeks update but I hope to see it in every update and it never shows.

I think that it would be cool to have these features happen:

1. Have an option to "fix breakfast in bed for..."
2. An option to "eat in bed"
3. Sim kids who get sick should automatically have their Mom and/or Dad bring soup to them in bed
4. Have an option to "read in bed" (not just sit on the side of the bed)
5. Sim kids ought to have a whim/option to "jump on bed"
6. As I have said before here, they need to bring back the making out in bed
7. If the sim is a gamer, I'd like for them to be able to "play video game in bed" if the tv is in the bedroom

Not only would I like to see a relax in bed interaction, I would love if it were different for the different ages and personalities. For example, teens and kids would be more relaxed and bendy. :) They'd lay across the bed with head or extremities hanging off the sides. Kids/toddlers could relax with a stuffed toy or favorite action figure held close. Seniors would be more careful and, occasionally, could rub an area that is sore. Another position could be sitting with back against the bedhead with the knees up to hold a snack, a drink, or a book. Or as Sim could lay flat on the bed with legs crossed and one foot just tapping the air.

The idea is to add more individuality. I realize that animations take work. (Boy, do they take work!) However, animation is what breathes life into these Sims. Unfortunately, there is not enough variety in this version of the game. There is too much reuse of the same animations, over and over again. I would like to see more of the budget going to this aspect of the game. I don't need another end table, I can get that anywhere. I would love the devs to please provide things that modders will not necessarily be able to do. Either that, or release a tool that would make inserting unique animations into the game more feasible without having to override something else.

As far as I can tell, EA did make those romantic reactions. However, for some reason, the interactions were removed.

So sad that I just found this post from 2016 and it is still not an option in the game, as far as I'm concerned. I haven't seen my sims relax in the game like some people have. So I'm not sure. But I feel sims should be able to relax in bed to use their phones to text, call, play games or browse, watch TV, use their laptops, cuddle/makeout with their partners, chat with others, etc. :/
