Interesting--definitely has story potential! I feel like I personally wouldn't use this much, if it was an option, just because I tend to play very long games over multiple generations and find myself running out of lots for all my sims to live in as it is. I definitely need a lot more free lots to play on before I felt like I could start giving my sims second homes, lol.
