room shells a new challenge for the sims 4 challenge 1

Modern Modular House is a lovely home using the same room shell for all the rooms in the home! @Neashaleigh :) Very nice exterior design, and warm wood texture of both the exterior walls and the interior rooms walls . The front area flower beds and the blossoms are pretty! The pool is great! Very nice hot tub, bbq and outdoors dining patio areas. Very great layout of the interior using the same shell! The furnishing of each room is lovely! The patterned floor rugs are very nice. The red, black and brown colour of the bedroom is very nice and the bedhead wall design looks great! :)
