I have tried bulldozing and moving the postbox and other suggestions that just don't work. I really don't want to have to try rotate just the house and then try move all the landscaping.
Does anyone know what the 'unlock conditions in Build Mode' are?

I am not sure if doing this may help, but try entering these cheats and see if that helps.
Type into the cheats bar
testingcheats true
Press ente
Type in
bb.moveobjects
Press enter
Type in
bb.showhiddenobjects
Press enter
Type in
bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
Press enter
Then see if that helps.
