Rotating a Lot

Okay so I downloaded a ruthless_kk lot into my game but the front of the house (has a fence as well) is facing the wrong way on the lot. I know how to move a whole house but how can I rotate the entire lot so its facing the correct way?

I am just looking for loudest gate, never here door knocks if in basement and other side of lot. I want doorbell bad

Thank you!! I was using the build mode thing.

You guys are all confused between rotating OBHECTS ONE BY ONE vs rotating AN ENTIRE LOT OR BUILD

I dunno about YOU BUT I don't have time to rotate OBJECTS for some lot my sims aren't going to LIVE OR WORK in ONE BY ONE just so everything looks right
