Totally unplanned, but I managed to build something today :)
A starter home that is part of the Neighbourhood Redevelopment Project. I didn't feel like building and furnishing the big houses in Newcrest, so I moved on to Willow Creek for now. It very cheaply and simply furnished, but quite spacious, so there is room for some more stuff.
3 Poplar Close - residential; 18.496; 20x15; 1 bed, 1 bath; NoCC, NoMOO, basegame only
