3 Poplar Close is a very nice starter home! :) Very nice exterior of the home! The windowed dormer and the open shutter windows give a nice look to the home . The flowers look pretty along the front edges of the home. Very nice back porch areas for sims to have fun playing chess on the table or enjoy painting on the easel in the sunshine. The flower cart is pretty for sims to see when playing chess. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The blue colour of the home looks nice. Very nice window study desk area for sims to enjoy looking out through the window whilst sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book from the bookshelf. The corner sofa seats sitting nook is nice! It looks great how the tv is angled there. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv and chatting. Sims will enjoy waking up to sunlight coming in through their bedroom windows.
The home is very nice and is great for Newcrest! :)
