The exterior design of 5 Polar Close is very nice too :) The two starter homes will look great placed together in the same road. The dormer looks nice and the flowers look pretty along the front edge of the home. The fenced back porch looks nice. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. Nice corner tv watching nook. It looks nice how the sofas are placed against each of the corner walls. Very nice windows study desk nook! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in onto them whilst sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book from the bookshelf. The teddy looks cute in the kids bedroom! The blue colour schemes of the bedrooms and bathroom looks nice. The plant is a nice touch of nature in the corner of the master bedroom.
It is a very nice starter home :)
