Got another one, and yes, it does have even more bedrooms! ;)
4 Poplar Close - residential; 17.990; 30x20; 3 bed, 1 bath; NoCC, NoMOO, basegame only

Back of the house (I know it's a bit bare, but if you have a more than 1 Sim household, you'll have a bit more than 20K to spend ;)):

The two lots I've left to build in this neighbourhood will be slightly more expensive (I was thinking, around 30K and 50K), but in the same style, so they'll all match up nicely in the end :)
