The third starter home in your builds for the neighbourhood in Newcrest looks very nice too! :) Very nice exterior of the home! The roofing and dormers look very nice! It is nice that it is a family starter home with three bedrooms. The green/blue and yellow colour scheme of the kids bedrooms and the blue colour scheme of the master bedroom looks very nice. Nice window study desk area in one of the kids rooms for sims to enjoy sunlight coming in onto them whilst sitting there doing their homework at the desk table. Sims will enjoy doing artwork at the table in the corner art nook in the other bedroom. The teddy is cute there! Very nice corner tv watching nook in the living room. The plant looks nice placed between the seating. The plumbob picture is a nice touch on the dining area side wall.
The home is very nice :)
